Nexon (co-CEOs Kang Dae-hyun and Kim Jung-wook) announced on the 23rd that it has updated its popular mobile action game, 'Dungeon&Fighter Mobile,' with the new 'Male Fighter' character.
This update introduces the 'Male Fighter,' a class known for its fast movement and powerful impact, along with two subclasses: the 'Male Striker' and 'Male Street Fighter.' The Male Striker specializes in powerful leg-based attacks and delivers the unique action-packed thrill of Dungeon&Fighter Mobile through his 'Flame Awakening' special ability, which increases attack power based on charge time. The Male Street Fighter can chain various throwing skills together using the 'Chain Throw' skill, allowing for strategic gameplay that keeps enemies under constant status effects with simple controls.
Additionally, a new elite dungeon, 'Tower of Despair,' has been added. This high-difficulty content is accessible from level 85 and follows a story that tests an adventurer's growth under the guidance of 'Azalea.' Clearing the dungeon allows players to obtain 'Genesis Engine Fragments,' a material used to craft top-tier items such as 'Light-Infused Dead Castle Exceed Equipment,' 'Echo of Erosion,' and 'Light-Infused Dead Castle Exceed Equipment Conversion Scrolls.'
Nexon also launched a collaboration with the popular anime 'Ranma 1/2.' The series follows the story of a protagonist who gains a strange condition after falling into a cursed spring. Through this collaboration, players can obtain avatars featuring popular characters like 'Ranma Saotome' and 'Akane Tendo,' as well as various cosmetic items such as 'P-chan' and 'Mousse' creatures. Furthermore, a mini-game set in the anime's 'Legendary Training Ground' has been opened, and players can experience a unique event where their character's appearance changes upon reaching a special spring that has appeared in 'Hendon Myre.'
To celebrate the update, Nexon is hosting various events. First, players who create a 'Male Fighter' character by May 28 will receive a 'Next Highway Designation Ticket' to support rapid growth. By completing missions such as consuming fatigue points or clearing weekly dungeons, players can earn additional rewards, including a '5,000,000 Gold Box' and a 'Fierce Tiger Soul Box' containing exclusive weapons and portrait frames. During the same period, players can earn 'Ranma's Martial Arts Coins' by playing dungeons, which can be exchanged for various items, such as the 'Genma Saotome (Panda) Rug Furniture Registration Ticket' for use in My Home.
More information about the 'Male Fighter' update for 'Dungeon&Fighter Mobile' can be found on the official website.
