NC Service, a subsidiary of NC, has received a Prime Minister's Commendation at the 'Disability Employment Promotion Awards.'

At the '2026 Disability Employment Promotion Awards' held on the 15th, NC Service was recognized for its contributions to expanding employment for people with disabilities and creating a stable work environment.
The Disability Employment Promotion Awards is an event hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and organized by the Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled to improve public perception of disability and raise social awareness regarding employment. Each year, the event honors outstanding employers, contributors, and employees with disabilities who have helped promote employment for the disabled.
NC Service is a certified workplace for employees with disabilities operated by NC, focusing on game customer support and various other service tasks. As of March 2026, the company employs 80 staff members with disabilities, 83% of whom have severe disabilities.
To enhance job stability, the company has consistently developed disability-friendly roles and improved its work environment. It currently operates 12 different job functions, including customer support, café barista services, library organization, and reusable cup management. Professional staff, including sign language interpreters, social workers, and vocational counselors for the disabled, work on-site to support employees in adapting to their roles and maintaining long-term employment. In recognition of these efforts, NC Service previously received the Minister of Employment and Labor Award for 'Comfortable Workplace of the Year' in 2020.
"We have consistently strived to develop diverse job roles and improve our work environment to provide high-quality employment opportunities for people with disabilities," said Cho Jung-ho, CEO of NC Service. "Moving forward, we will continue to do our best to expand employment for the disabled and create a stable workplace where all employees can take pride in their work."
