DXRacer is teaming up with publisher MicroProse and Slovakian studio Centurion Developments at gamescom 2025 to mark the launch of Forgotten but Unbroken, a tactical World War II strategy title released late last year. The partnership includes a limited-edition DXRacer gaming chair featuring artwork from the game.
Forgotten but Unbroken places players in the role of resistance fighters in Central Europe, combining base-building, soldier management, and diplomacy. The turn-based title emphasizes historical authenticity, with a narrative inspired by real events and unsung wartime heroes. Its systems include soldier traits, political decision-making, and branching storylines.
The custom DXRacer chair will debut at the MicroProse booth, where visitors can try it alongside the latest build of the game. The company says the design blends ergonomic comfort with themed visuals to create an immersive play experience.

According to DXRacer, the collaboration is intended to enhance the experience for fans of both historical strategy and immersive gaming setups, pairing the game’s depth with a seating design meant for long play sessions.
MicroProse, which has a long history in the strategy and simulation genre, has backed Forgotten but Unbroken since its November 2024 debut. The publisher continues to grow its lineup with titles that focus on historical settings and complex mechanics.
Gamescom 2025 will run Aug. 20–24 in Cologne, with Opening Night Live set for Aug. 19. The annual event draws hundreds of thousands of attendees from around the world, showcasing upcoming games, hardware, and industry trends.
Visitors to the MicroProse booth in Hall 10.1, Stand A035, will be able to test the themed chair, play Forgotten but Unbroken, and speak with Centurion Developments’ team members. DXRacer has produced gaming chairs since 2001, focusing on ergonomic innovation. Centurion Developments, based in Slovakia, is an indie studio specializing in historically grounded strategy games.
