SK Gaming has finalized their League of Legends roster for the 2020 season of the LEC. The team has signed the jungler Kim “Trick” Gang-yun and the support player Dino “Limit” Tot to replace Oskar “Selfmade” Boderek and and Han “Dreams” Min-kook.
On Friday, December 13, G2 Esports uploaded a video to its twitter account featuring Bot Laner Luka "Perkz" Perković and Mid Laner Rasmus "Caps" Winther swapping into each other's roles for a Ranked game of League of Legends, with hints that the roleswap may be occuring on the actual team for the 2020 LEC Spring Split. Two days later, Jungler Marcin "Jankos" Jankowski provided context to G2's most recent roleswap on stream via Twitch.

The League of Legends European Championship welcomes a new team, the MAD Lions. The Canadian ownership group OverActive Media, who is behind the Toronto Defiant (Overwatch), has revealed a new logo today for the Spanish brand that once was known as Splyce.
Top Laner Finn "Finn" Wiestål has signed a new deal with Rogue, extending his contract with the LEC organization through 2022.
According to a report by Spanish publication Esportmaníacos, OverActive Media will rebrand and rebuild Splyce's League of Legends team to MAD Lions ahead of the 2020 LEC Season. The roster will feature entirely young domestic talent built around Mid Laner Marek "Humanoid" Brázda, who just finished his rookie season with Splyce.
