Take summon Aery for the most disgusting poke ever. You can switch between manaflow band or nul. orb, I recommend you go nul. orb if against high damage ability power support like Zyra or Karma. Get Transcendence for the nice cool down reduction as Soraka kit needs cool down reduction to help her. Scorch for the damage. Go Resolve in your secondary and pick Bone plating cause why not its overpowered and Revitalize cause.... yo are Soraka, you heal and sheild.

2) AS A VERY EXPERIENCED SORAKA PLAYER, I WOULD SOMETIMES HEAL MY ALLIES UNTIL I myself RUN OUT OF HITPOINT, WITH WARMOG HEAL BACK OFF, HEAL YOURSELF, HEAL TEAM AGAIN!!!!!1
