Supercent (CEO Kong Jun-sik) announced on the 13th that it will conduct a large-scale recruitment drive for the first half of 2026. This initiative is part of a strategy to solidify its global market competitiveness by significantly increasing investment in human capital in line with the advancement of its AI technology.

The recruitment period runs for two weeks, from April 13 to April 26. The company is hiring for four core job categories: #1 Game Development, #2 Game Art, #3 Game Planning, and #4 AI. To attract talent capable of leading the expansion into hybrid-casual and mid-core genres, Supercent has introduced a 'Fast Process' to enhance the applicant experience. Results will be provided within 24 business hours of document submission, and the company offers a flexible interview system that allows for sessions after 7:00 PM for current employees.
The compensation system for applicants has also been strengthened. Successful candidates will receive a signing bonus of up to ₩5 million, depending on their experience. Notably, the company is implementing a 'Referral Bonus' program where, if two people apply together and both participate in the first interview, each will receive ₩1 million regardless of the final hiring outcome. In terms of the work environment, the company provides various benefits to foster deep work, including office space at the Lotte World Tower in Jamsil, Seoul, Herman Miller chairs for all employees, and an extended 90-minute lunch break.
On the same day, CEO Kong Jun-sik shared his reflections on the company's fifth anniversary via his personal social media, further detailing this vision.

"The past five years have never been easy, but I am grateful that we have achieved continuous growth," Kong said, revealing Supercent's performance metrics. Supercent has recorded over ₩510 billion in cumulative revenue (171% CAGR) and 15 consecutive quarters of revenue growth, ranking it as the 7th largest global mobile game publisher. 97% of its revenue is generated overseas, and its monthly active users (MAU) have surpassed 100 million.
He emphasized that Supercent's true assets are not its revenue, but its 'data.' Over the past five years, the company has accumulated vast amounts of data through more than 10,000 ideas and thousands of market tests, using this foundation to build a system that manages the entire production and distribution process. Currently, 55 AI agents are delivering tangible results within this system, and the company plans to create a structure where 500 employees collaborate with 4,500 AI agents, enabling each individual to achieve more than 10 times their current performance.
Supercent's next five years will focus on transitioning 'from a publisher to a platform.' "We are building a platform that goes beyond simply making and selling games, connecting the entire process from content discovery to monetization through AI and data," Kong said, signaling his intent to expand beyond gaming into non-gaming sectors.
"In an era where AI is shaking everything up, our past success does not guarantee future results," Kong said, sharing his bold ambition. "This choice to bring in more people, challenge larger markets, and transition into a platform might be wrong, but our way of succeeding has always been to dig deeper when others say it's not the right path."
