MARVEL Future Fight Launches Immortals of Olympus Update and Black Friday Event

Netmarble has rolled out a major new update for Marvel Future Fight, introducing a slate of mythologically inspired characters, new gameplay systems, and a seasonal Black Friday event offering limited-time rewards and discounts.

The update centers on “Immortals of Olympus,” a new content expansion drawing from Marvel’s interpretations of Greek mythology. Five heroes join the game’s roster: Hercules, Hades (also known as Pluto), Zeus, Athena, and Venus. Each character includes modern or comic-specific variants and brings abilities tailored to their mythic origins.

The expansion also adds an Epic Quest that follows the Olympian gods through a story adapted from Marvel Comics. Alliance Battle mode has been overhauled with a 28-day rotation and revised participation rules. The rework introduces an “Infinite Challenge” segment, where players face continually respawning enemies to push for higher scores and greater rewards.

Netmarble is pairing the update with a wide-ranging Black Friday event running through early December. Players can claim a Transcended Hero Selector simply by logging in during the promotional window. Additional missions offer rewards such as a Tier-4 Hero Selector after completing a 10-day quest and upgrade-material discounts through a Growth Support Event.

A Black Friday Special Pass provides items including a Tier-3 Hero Selector and various character enhancement materials. Other activities such as the Collector’s Crystal Vault allow players to accumulate up to 5,000 Crystals by completing daily and event missions. Uniforms and Dimension Chests are also discounted for the duration of the event.

The wave of content arrives as Marvel Future Fight continues its long-running support cycle. The mobile action-RPG has surpassed 170 million players since its release and remains available on the App Store and Google Play.

Netmarble says the new update and holiday promotions are aimed at giving players expanded options for team-building and progression as the game heads into the end-of-year season.
