Team Liquid has made a significant move in shaping their 2024 season roster by acquiring Jeong "Impact" Eon-young. This announcement follows the recent farewells to top laner Park "Summit" Woo-tae and jungler Hong "Pyosik" Chang-hyeon, marking the first puzzle piece in Team Liquid's 2024 roster composition.

From 2018 through 2020, Impact was Team Liquid's top laner, leading the team to four consecutive LCS titles. At MSI 2019, Impact and Team Liquid finished as runners-up. Impact left Team Liquid in 2021 to play for Evil Geniuses and later moved on to Flyquest. He has returned to Team Liquid after four years. Impact's return adds experience and a proven track record of success, igniting excitement among Team Liquid fans for the upcoming competitive year.

Team Liquid has previously revealed their coaching staff for 2024, including head coach Jake "Spawn" Tiberi, assistant coach Kim "Reignover" Yeu-jin, and head analyst Haitham Algbory. As the stove league is on its way, fans eagerly anticipate unveiling further roster pieces that will complete the Team Liquid lineup for the 2024 season.
