On a recent stream, Top Esports top laner Bai "369" Jia-Hao implied that his time with the organization could be coming to an end. What 369 said on stream has been translated to English on Twitter and states that the stream, which took place on November 9, was his last stream as TES' top laner and that he is unaware where he will stream next split. 369 made no specific mention of whether he'd continue to compete in the LPL for the 2022 season.

Top Esports is expected to make changes heading into the 2022 LPL season. After winning the final of the 2020 LPL Summer Playoffs and finishing top 4 at Worlds 2020, TES missed the 2021 World Championship after a 4th place finish in the 2021 Spring Playoffs was followed up by a disappointing 7th place in the Summer Playoffs a few months later.

Top Esports' core of 369, jungler Hung "Karsa" Hao-Hsuan, mid laner Zhuo "knight" Ding, AD carry Yu "JackeyLove" Wen-Bo has been together since the spring of 2020, with only the support player being changed on the roster between then and present day. 369 has spent the entirety of his LPL career with Top Esports since the organization joined the LPL as TopSports Gaming before the start of the 2019 season.

After saying the stream was his final stream on Top Esports, 369 said he was unsure of where he wanted to stream next split. This could be an implication that 369 will not continue to play competitively in 2022 and will become a streamer, or it could simply be how he spoke given the fact he was streaming and speaking to his fans.

Despite having the 3rd lowest gold percentage of all top laners in the 2021 LPL Summer Split (20.4%), 369 led his position in Damage Per Minute (642) and had the third-highest damage share (26.6%) of any starting top laner in the split.
