Cloud9 has announced the departure of Zachary "Sneaky" Scuderi from their League of Legends roster after being with the team for nearly 6 years. The player will be a part of C9 in the advisor and owner capacity, focusing on his independent streaming career full time.

“Working the last seven years with Sneaky to build what Cloud9 has become was an incredible experience for me. I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to work with him as a player and I'm excited that Sneaky has made the decision to stay on as an owner and take up the additional responsibilities of being an advisor at Cloud9. We’re both looking forward to the successes to come!” - Jack Etienne, Cloud9 CEO & Owner

Cloud9 first raised questions about Sneaky’s professional future when they signed Jesper “Zven” Svenningsen as ADC. It feels like fans have been waiting for a “Thank You Sneaky” tweet ever since. Scuderi is considered to be one of the most influential figures in the history of LoL Esports, with a career that lasted nearly 8 years, playing for Cloud9 for almost his entire streak.
