1. Bound/Unbound Collection
There are currently only nine collections for Common/Rare gear (up to +4 enhancement) related to MP recovery. Completing all of them grants MP Recovery +8 and Absolute MP Recovery +1. Most Unbound items can be bought cheaply as finished products on the Market, but be careful with the Unbound 'MP Recovery Collection III,' as it requires a significant amount of diamonds. Since Bound collections are more diamond-intensive than Unbound ones, consider running the 'Garden of Growth' dungeon periodically to farm the necessary equipment materials.
While prices vary by server, completing all of these will cost roughly 1480 to 1670 diamonds. This is achievable with a single 1750-diamond ($33) pack. If you skip the more expensive collections, you can still secure about +7 MP Recovery for 500 to 700 diamonds. Since prices jump significantly starting at the Unique grade, stopping here is recommended for the best cost-efficiency.

2. God Armor/Spirit Body
If you are lucky enough to pull a Epic grade item, you are in luck. Starting at the Epic grade, you can imbue stats onto God Armor, so be sure to select 'MP Recovery +5' as your imbued stat.
If you don't have an Epic item, aim for Common and Rare God Armor collections. While no Common God Armor has built-in MP recovery, there is one collection that grants +1. Starting with Rare God Armor, you will finally find pieces with +1 MP recovery, so keep an eye out for those. Note, however, that if you have a Unique grade God Armor, the difference in Attack/Casting Speed is more significant than the MP recovery, so you should prioritize equipping the higher-grade gear.
Spirit Bodies follow the same logic as God Armor. If you have a Epic grade, imbue it with the +5 MP Recovery option. Unlike God Armor, some Spirit Bodies have +1 MP recovery starting from the Common grade, and Rare grades provide +2. There is one Common collection that boosts MP recovery, and one additional Rare collection that requires one Common and one Rare item.

3. Defense Bracelet
You can also gain MP recovery by enhancing 'El's Defense Bracelet,' which can be purchased in the Shop via Ren's Mini Set ($3) or for 1200 diamonds ($22). MP recovery increases with each enhancement, and +9 provides a massive +10 MP recovery.
However, the success rate from +0 to +1 is 60%, and the equipment is destroyed upon failure, so it is recommended to stop at +1 or +2. You can also buy bracelets at +5 or higher on the Market, which may be cheaper than enhancing them yourself if you intend to buy one.
If your budget is tight, the Common 'Fairy Bracelet' and Rare 'Inquisitor's Bracelet' also provide +1 MP recovery, so craft and use those for cost-efficiency. Since the materials are iron rather than gems, they are cheap to craft.

4. Accessory
You can also secure MP recovery through necklaces, earrings, and rings. Common Fairy accessories and Rare Inquisitor accessories provide +1 MP recovery, while the Rare 'Ring of Regeneration' provides +2. For rings, you get two for free in Chapters 12–13 of the Main Quest, so I recommend progressing at least that far.
For the remaining slots (necklaces and earrings), there is little supply on the Market, so you should craft them yourself. Both Fairy necklaces and earrings can be crafted for about 90–100 diamonds per piece after buying the materials.

5. Runes
You can activate the MP recovery set effect by filling all 'Weight Rune' slots—rather than Hit or HP—with Unique or Epic grade runes. Since the only way to obtain Unique grade runes currently is through the Fuse system, it is worth noting this only as a possibility for now.

6. Traits
Traits are divided into Attack, Defense, and Recovery categories, and the assigned options are determined randomly. Resetting a trait you have already invested in will erase the invested stats, so you must ensure you have rolled MP recovery before proceeding with trait enhancement. Enhancement success rates increase from 30% to 70%, so try to invest in MP recovery enhancements when the probability is high.

7. Consumables
This is the simplest way to pump up your MP recovery. You can buy them directly from the General Goods Merchant; both Mana Potions and Traveler's Grilled Fish increase MP recovery by +3. Potions last for 5 minutes and food for 10 minutes. You can use both simultaneously to secure +6 MP recovery, but since food is about 2.5 times more expensive to maintain than potions, use only potions unless absolutely necessary.
