Sol: Enchantment officially launched at 12:00 on the 18th. It quickly gained popularity, attracting a large player base and hitting the top spot on the app market. However, the joy of leveling up was short-lived for many, as players began reporting a 'deadlock'—a situation where the difficulty spike in early quests leads to repeated character deaths, making it nearly impossible to progress even after multiple attempts. Due to the game's recent release, there is a lack of detailed clear information, leaving many players stuck in place.
To overcome these early hurdles, you must utilize the game's various systems. We have compiled several tips to help you navigate the early-game deadlock, focusing on features many players know exist but don't know how to use, such as offline hunting, as well as solutions for quest stagnation and item enhancement.
Unlimited Potions and Return Scrolls for a Smooth Start (Until July 2)
To help new players settle in, all users who log in will receive an infinite Health Potion and an infinite Return Scroll. This is a great opportunity to save on fixed expenses like potion costs and travel fees during the early stages. These infinite items can be used without quantity limits until 7:00 AM on Thursday, July 2. Be sure to claim them immediately upon logging in, register them to your quick slot, and use them for your early hunting and quests.

It's Okay to Take Your Time with Main Quests
Most modern RPGs follow a standard progression route where clearing main quests is the primary way to level up, as they offer significantly more EXP than standard field hunting. Accustomed to this, players often force themselves to keep trying when they hit a wall in the main quest, only to end up dying repeatedly.
However, in Sol: Enchantment, you don't need to obsess over rushing through the main quest. The EXP gained from hunting in the fields is designed to be quite substantial. This means that instead of stressing over pushing through the quest line, you can achieve sufficient growth by consistently hunting in areas suited to your combat power, and then return to the quests later.
If you feel your progress is stalling because your character keeps dying during quests, we recommend stepping back. Moving to a slightly lower-level hunting ground to safely level up and farm, then strengthening your specs before challenging the main quest again, is a much wiser approach.

Don't Panic When You Die! 5 Free Restorations Daily
If your character dies during a quest, hunting, or due to a PK, you face penalties including loss of EXP and the disappearance of equipped gear. While it's alarming to lose precious items, you can easily recover them through the restoration system that appears in the notifications. You get 5 free restorations daily without spending resources, so if you die, open the restoration window immediately to check your lost EXP and gear and recover them fully. Once you exceed the free limit, you must pay with Diamonds, so keep an eye on your remaining count and the value of the lost items.

Weapon Broken? Repair Your Gear at the General Merchant
If you've been auto hunting for a while and notice monsters are becoming harder to kill, check for a 'broken equipment' notification. Fighting monsters like Golems can damage your weapon. A broken weapon loses stats, reducing your performance and significantly slowing down your hunting speed. Always keep repair coupons from the village general merchant in your inventory. Repairing your gear as soon as the notification appears will help minimize EXP loss. Meticulous gear maintenance is essential for growth.

Should You Enhance? Just Do It! There's No Downside
This is likely one of the biggest dilemmas players face: is it worth enhancing gear you'll eventually replace? Hesitating to use Enchant Scrolls leads to a vicious cycle where you get stuck on quests and hunting becomes sluggish. Put those worries aside and hit the enhance button. Simply put, you won't lose out by enhancing early-game gear.
The biggest reason is the 'Collection' system. Some gear provides permanent stat boosts when registered in the collection after reaching a certain enhancement level. Even if the gear seems temporary, enhancing it eventually translates into permanent character stats. If the item is not bound, you can sell it on the market or shop to recoup resources. If it is bound, you can enhance it just enough to meet the collection requirement and then register it. Enhancing also provides a small amount of EXP, which helps with leveling up.
The difficulty of obtaining Enchant Scrolls is also quite low; they can be easily purchased with Nine, the in-game currency. If you've been hesitating to boost your specs, open your bag and start enhancing now. The scrolls and resources you invest will ultimately be converted into your character's stats.

The Key to Settling In: Saving Money with Infinite Potions
The biggest drain on resources early on is definitely potion costs. If you're struggling due to a lack of Nine and your hunting efficiency is dropping, check if you've properly set up the 'Infinite Potion' provided by the game. Surprisingly, many players know about it but fail to register it, wasting precious Nine on regular potions or losing valuable EXP.
Once you've registered the infinite potion to your quick slot and enabled auto-use, the next important step is to store all your regular potions in your storage. Even if you use the infinite potion, carrying regular potions will fill your bag and trigger weight penalties, reducing your efficiency. Keep your bag light by storing regular potions until the infinite potion period ends to make long-term auto hunting easier.
However, keep one thing in mind: while regular potions have a 1-second cooldown, the infinite potion has a 2-second cooldown. Because of this, in high-difficulty special dungeons, the healing speed might not keep up with monster attacks, leading to character death. If you keep dying in dungeons, it's a good idea to temporarily unequip the infinite potion and use regular potions with faster healing speeds.

Too Many Misses? Simple Hit Settings for Beginners
During main quests or field hunting, you'll often see 'MISS' pop up. No matter how high your attack or skill level is, it's useless if your attacks don't land. This 'lack of Hit' is one of the main reasons hunting efficiency drops sharply in the early stages.
Many players tend to focus solely on Attack (Damage) stats or gear early on. However, if you want efficient, rapid growth, you should prioritize the Hit stat over Attack. Increasing your hit rate is the surest way to speed up hunting and accelerate your growth.
Compensating for Hit early on is simpler than you think. Instead of insisting only on Attack options, prioritize gear or accessories that provide Hit stats. If you're missing too often in your current hunting ground, open your equipment window and check if you're neglecting your Hit stat. You'll notice that just securing enough Hit makes early-game hunting significantly easier.
Leveling Up While You Sleep? Offline Hunting Guide
The game supports offline hunting, allowing your character to continue hunting even after you log out. However, once you reach levels 25–30, you might start dying in hunting grounds and needing to hit the EXP restoration button. It's natural to worry that if you die even while monitoring the game, you'll just be wasting time if you log off. In this case, open your world map and look for hunting grounds 1 to 10 levels below your current level. Finding a customized hunting ground where you can survive stably even when swarmed by multiple monsters is the top priority.
Checking the region is essential for offline hunting. For example, level 20 areas like the Brewery do not support offline play. To properly conduct offline hunting, you must position your character in the Dungeon of Despair or subsequent supported areas before logging out. If you want to leave your PC on while sleeping or are worried about PKs from other players, a good strategy is to choose Lindel, where both the village and hunting grounds are safe zones; you'll earn less EXP, but you can safely collect Nine all night long.
Finally, before logging out completely, check a few settings in addition to emptying your bag to avoid wasted effort. Ensure the aforementioned infinite potion is registered in your slot and auto-use is enabled. Setting the combat range, which determines hunting efficiency, is also essential. If you set the range too wide, your character might run around and aggro dangerous elite monsters, so we recommend adjusting the movement range to allow for safe hunting and health recovery, even if it's a bit slower.
