Goddess of Victory: Nikke, six limited-time swimsuit Nikkes available for pickup simultaneously!
With a challenging pickup schedule ahead, who should be your top priority?
Let's break down the recommended priority list based on utility and usage

Priority 1 - Anis: Sparkling Summer
The June 11 (Thu) update for Goddess of Victory: Nikke marks the return of six summer-themed limited-time Nikkes. Limited-time Nikkes cannot be obtained through standard recruitment and are difficult to acquire, as they only return during specific periods like this one. However, with six Nikkes available at once, differences in performance and utility, and upcoming release and rerun schedules to consider, there are many factors to weigh before you start pulling.
Among the six, the highest priority is undoubtedly Anis: Sparkling Summer (Summer Anis). As an Electric-code Burst III Nikke, she boasts high base stats and is a core asset consistently used in Electric-code Raids. She is particularly effective when paired with the high-stat Cinderella, and you can expect stable performance in Electric-code Boss battles.
However, just because she is the highest priority among these limited-time units doesn't mean she is an automatic must-pull for new Commanders just starting the game. Summer Anis is primarily strong in Solo Raids or specific Electric-code Boss battles, which differs from general-purpose Nikkes used across most content. With major events on the horizon, such as the release of new swimsuit Nikkes and the potential return of Summer Dorothy, it is wise to carefully decide whether to invest in this pickup or save your resources based on what you currently have.

Priority 2 - Helm: Aquamarine
If you have already secured Summer Anis, the next Nikke to consider is Helm: Aquamarine (Summer Helm). She is a Burst II Supporter with excellent 'Totem' utility, providing cooldown reduction for the team.
Summer Helm provides a Burst cooldown reduction effect to the entire party upon entering Full Burst. Additionally, if the opponent is Electric-code, she can apply a damage-taken-increase Debuff, boosting the party's overall damage output. While not used as frequently as she was at launch, she remains a solid pick for Electric-code Raids.

Priority 3 - Sakura: Bloom in Summer, Rosanna: Sea Ocean
The next Nikkes to consider are Sakura: Bloom in Summer (Summer Sakura) and Rosanna: Sea Ocean (Summer Rosanna).
Summer Sakura is a capable Burst III damage dealer. The key point here is her code: she is a Wind-code Nikke. Wind-code is often considered to lack high-utility damage dealers. While her base stats and performance may not surpass top-tier damage dealers, she is valuable for filling the chronic shortage of Wind-code damage dealers.
Summer Rosanna is a Burst II Supporter who increases the party's Part Damage and DOT damage, while also applying a damage-taken-increase Debuff to enemies. While her Buff performance is decent, her pickup priority is somewhat lower due to the recent release of many high-performance Burst II Nikkes.
However, the evaluation of these two could change depending on the performance of the new Nikke 'Arc Ranger Black,' arriving on June 11 (Thu). While detailed stats haven't been revealed, Arc Ranger Black is introduced as a Burst III Wind-code DOT-based damage dealer. Since both Summer Sakura and Summer Rosanna share code and damage type similarities with her, their priority could rise if Arc Ranger Black proves to be a high-performance unit.

Priority 5 - Mary: Bay Goddess
Mary: Bay Goddess (Summer Mary) is one of the few specialized Healer Nikkes. She has high 'Totem' utility as a Healer, as she can provide a continuous healing effect at the start of Full Burst. Although many Nikkes have been added since her release, few are still as highly regarded as a Totem Healer as Summer Mary.
In this regard, she is certainly a decent pick. However, her utility has dropped slightly as the recent Raid meta has shifted away from using pure Healers. Of course, if a Raid that strictly requires a Healer is introduced, she could be re-evaluated, but based on current trends, that possibility is low.

No Priority - Neon: Blue Ocean
Finally, there is Neon: Blue Ocean (Summer Neon). She is a Burst III Water-code damage dealer, characterized by her weapon changing when using her Burst Skill.
The problem is that her base stats as a damage dealer are not high. If a unit has low damage-dealing potential, they need strong supporting abilities to find a place in a team, but Summer Neon lacks excellent synergy Skills, leading to low overall utility. Among the six limited-time Nikkes, she has the lowest pickup priority.
To be blunt, Summer Neon is a pick for Commanders who love Neon. If she is your favorite, she is worth getting, but otherwise, we recommend saving your Jewels and tickets.
