The reason Neon is so strong is simple: her base power as a dealer is exceptionally high. She possesses high-coefficient attack buffs and deals powerful bonus damage. These coefficients are so high that her potential as a damage dealer is outstanding. In terms of raw damage output, she is capable of matching the firepower of Rapi: Red Hood, one of the strongest Burst III units in the current meta.

Despite her impressive stats, Neon's effectiveness drops in content involving multiple enemies, such as standard stages. While she has a wide attack range, it is strictly dependent on the presence of a [Target]. In this context, [Target] refers to a boss; in non-boss situations, her attack range is significantly reduced. While she is not unusable, it is true that her value diminishes considerably in those scenarios.

However, she shines in boss battles. As mentioned, her high base stats allow her to excel, and she performs even better against enemies with core hitboxes.
