Riot Games and League of Legends Champions Korea (LCK) have unveiled full details for the 2025 LCK Road to MSI qualifier, which will decide the region’s two representatives at the Mid-Season Invitational in Vancouver this June.
The single-elimination tournament brings together the top six finishers from the LCK spring regular season. Round 1 pits the fifth- and sixth-place teams against each other, with the winner advancing on June 8 to face the fourth-place squad. Both opening rounds take place at LoL Park’s LCK Arena, with matches set to begin at 5 p.m. KST and played in a best-of-five format under Fearless Draft rules. Tickets for these fixtures carry a ₩40,000 price tag (excluding fees) and can be purchased via Woori Bank’s Won Banking app beginning 52 hours before each match, or through Interpark starting 48 hours out.
The stakes rise when competition moves to Sajik Indoor Gymnasium in Busan for Rounds 3 through 5 on June 13–15. The top two regular-season teams will clash on June 13 for the No. 1 seed. The third-place finisher then faces the Round 2 victor on June 14, while the June 15 finale will see the Round 4 winner challenge the Round 3 runner-up for the second MSI berth. Round 3 action kicks off at 5 p.m., with Rounds 4 and 5 slated for 3 p.m. All Busan matches maintain the best-of-five, Fearless Draft format.
Busan tickets follow a staggered sales schedule: Woori Bank presales open May 21, while Interpark splits its release into a May 23 launch for Round 3 at 3 p.m., Round 4 at 4 p.m., and the final match at 5 p.m., with a second batch of identical time blocks on May 30. Purchases are available on both Korean and global Interpark sites as well as through the Won Banking app. The 2025 qualifier ushers in LCK’s new single-season format running March through September, featuring 10 teams vying for regional and international glory.
