Lionheart Studio (Chairman Kim Jae-young) announced today that it has concluded its planning internship program, which began in January, and has converted all participants into full-time employees as of April 17.
Interns were assigned to various project teams, including the live service title 'Odin: Valhalla Rising,' the upcoming simulation game 'Project C,' and the PC MMORPG 'Project O,' to gain hands-on experience. Starting with this cohort, the company also introduced a common group project to foster stronger cohesion and teamwork among the interns.
Additionally, the company hosted 'Level Up! Tea Time' sessions, where interns could share development experiences and know-how with senior developers, and engage in discussions on topics such as developing a professional mindset and setting career goals.
A recruitment official at Lionheart Studio stated, "We plan to continuously expand our internship program to nurture future developers," adding, "We will provide active support to help them build their development capabilities through real-world field experience."
Meanwhile, Lionheart Studio has been committed to talent development by operating an internship program for planning roles since 2019.
