KT Rolster has undergone significant changes in its roster, parting ways with most of their starting roster, signaling a new era centered around Gwak "Bdd" Bo-seong. The team has successfully secured the talents of Kim "Deft" Hyuk-kyu for the bot lane, Hong "Pyosik" Chang-hyeon as the jungler, and Cho "BeryL" Geon-hee as the support. Notably, this move reunites three members from the DRX team that clinched Worlds in 2022.

Expressing his enthusiasm for rejoining a Korean team, Pyosik stated, "I'm excited to be back in Korea on a team with a rich history. I believe I can make the games enjoyable, and I'm delighted to team up with Deft once again."

Deft shared his thoughts, saying, "It feels different coming back to KT as the eldest player when I was the youngest during my previous stint. KT was the team where I could work the hardest among various offers. Regardless of performance, one of the most hardworking and satisfying seasons for me was during the time with Coach Kang “Hirai” Dong-hoon at Kingzone in 2019, so I chose KT, anticipating satisfying results."

Reflecting on the reunion with Pyosik, Deft added, "It seems Pyosik has become a more reliable player than the first time we played together.” He also commented about Bdd. “I’m excited to finally play alongside Bdd.”

While BeryL's contract announcement came slightly later than Pyosik and Deft, he revealed that Deft's proposal played a significant role in his decision. BeryL expressed, "It was a unique experience as it was the first time someone asked me first. I have good memories of playing together in 2022.” He also expressed his goals for the upcoming season. “To reach higher places, the mid lane is important, and seeing Bdd perform well gave me confidence that I could showcase a good performance upon joining. While winning the league is important, my initial goal will be to qualify for the World Championship."

In addition to player acquisitions, KT Rolster also confirmed the re-signing of Coach Choi "Supreme" Seung-min and the additions of Kim "Museong" Mu-seong and Lim "Comet" Hye-seong. KT Rolster's revamped roster promises an exciting and competitive edge for the upcoming 2024 season.
