'Korea. IL-2 Series' has been showcased at the ChinaJoy B2B exhibition hall ahead of its official release.

'Korea. IL-2 Series' is a game that focuses on the Korean War, specifically its aerial combat. Released in Early Access on June 25, the game covers aviation history from the era when piston-engine aircraft clashed with the first generation of jet fighters, focusing on air battles over the Korean Peninsula. It features over 200k square kilometers of airspace over the peninsula, allowing players to pilot historical aircraft such as the MiG-15bis, IL-10, Yak-9P, La-11, F-86A-5 Sabre, F-51D Mustang, F-80C-10 Shooting Star, and F-84E Thunderjet. The game is noted for its precise recreation of aircraft based on actual blueprints and photographs, and for being the first in the series to support full controller functionality, providing a more immersive aerial combat experience.

Developer 1C Game Studios set up a demo booth at the Moscow game pavilion, complete with flight simulation controllers, to appeal to industry attendees at ChinaJoy. Amid positive feedback from the floor regarding its unique subject matter and realistic flight experience, a representative from 1C Game Studios briefly commented, "We are delighted to participate in this year's ChinaJoy.
