While DWG KIA parted ways with many players during the stove league, they haven’t yet announced any players on their roster. Their only announcements up to now have been farewells and signings of the coaching staff.
Today, DWG KIA announced that they’ve parted ways with Kim “Chasy” Dong-hyeon and Lee “Muru” Seong-jo, who were on the Challengers roster. Meanwhile, they re-signed Challengers coach Ha “Hachani” Seung-chan.
When the stove league began, it was expected that DWG KIA would sign Jang “Nuguri” Ha-gwon, but as Nuguri announced that he’ll be taking a sabbatical, many fans thought Chasy would take the starting top laner spot. However, as they parted ways with Chasy as well, it is not clear who will fill in the top lane.
DWG KIA said that their official announcements regarding their roster will begin on Dec.1.
