Felipe "brTT" Gonçalves has found a new home for the 2020 season. The legendary Brazilian AD Carry will be re-joining his former organization, paiN Gaming, ahead of the CBLOL 2020 Spring Split.

BrTT announced his free agency last month in a twitlonger, saying that he did not trust the new management in Flamengo Esports and that he may need to take time off to help his wife, who has been fighting depression for the past few years of his career:

"My contract ended yesterday and I have decided that I will not be renewing it. I am open to receive proposals from other teams, to talk, to figure out where I can go, but to be honest, maybe I’ll decide not to be part of any team anymore..."

This will be brTT’s 3rd time around the block with paiN Gaming. From April 2012 to February 2014, BrTT started for paiN Gaming before joining Keyd Stars. paiN Gaming re-signed brTT ahead of the 2015 season, which was the year he began to build is international legacy, which remains unmatched in Brazil.

In an official announcement via twitter, paiN welcomed back BrTT in fitting fashion:

You have been here since the beginning. You’ve won, left us, came back to us, and won again.
Looking back, there's a lot we would have liked to have done differently.
But we don’t look back.
And neither do you.
We look forward to it.

The FATHER is back

brTT was part of Flamengo Esports for the past two full seasons, but the furthest the team managed to get in that time was the Play-In in the 2019 World Championship. In 2020, brTT will look to win CBLOL once again and reach the Worlds Group Stage with the organization he made his international debut with five years ago.
