MIBR Announces Elite Counter Strike: Global Offensive Roster

Popular Social App Tinder and Online Gambling Site Betway Join MIBR as Founding Partners
LOS ANGELES - June 23, 2018 - Global esports organization Immortals, whose investors
include Lionsgate, AEG and the Milken Family, today announced it has acquired the iconic
Brazilian brand, MIBR. As part of the announcement, Immortals is announcing partnerships with
the world’s most popular app for meeting new people, Tinder, and online gambling site, Betway
-- joining existing MIBR brand partners Razer, K-Swiss and Mountain Dew.

Competing under the MIBR brand is a roster of legendary CS:GO players and champions:
Ricardo "boltz" Prass, Marcelo "coldzera" David, Gabriel "FalleN" Toledo, Fernando "fer"
Alvarenga, Jacky "Stewie2K" Yip, and their coach, Ricardo "dead" Sinigaglia. As has been
previously announced, the general manager is Tomi “lurppis” Kovanen. The team will relocate
to Los Angeles to train and practice at the Immortals campus. MIBR will first appear in
competition July 3-8 at ESL One Cologne.

“Brazil is incredibly passionate about esports, and this acquisition allows us to foster further
esports growth in what we believe is still a relatively untapped market in Brazil and throughout
South America,” said Noah Whinston, CEO of Immortals and MIBR. “The MIBR brand creates
a direct link to Brazil’s national pride and sports and entertainment culture. We are eager to
invest in the Brazilian esports scene and to create a platform for the region’s amazing
professional esports talent to continue to excel and dominate.”

MIBR will be working with Tinder to bring together Counter-Strike: Global Offensive fans in
Brazil and around the world through several digital and live campaigns and activations focused
on Tinder’s premium subscription services, Tinder Plus and Tinder Gold.

"We know that gaming is a passion among many of our users all over the world, and we are
excited to be the first dating app to enter the esports space with Immortals as our partner,” said
Levi Nitzberg, Director of Global Business Development for Tinder. “Tinder’s global presence
and highly engaged user base provides us with a unique platform which, just like esports, brings
millions of people together to connect over shared interests."

Tinder Plus and Tinder Gold users in select markets will receive special offers from MIBR,
including opportunities to meet the team as they travel the world. They could also gain access to
exclusive VIP after parties following CS:GO majors and other tentpole events, and get limited
edition merchandise and video content through the newly created “Tinder Gold Club.” Fans who
subscribe to Tinder Plus and Tinder Gold can pre-purchase exclusive, special edition co-branded
MIBR and “Tinder Gold Club” merchandise. Additional events and promotion details will be
announced by Tinder and MIBR in the weeks and months ahead.

“We’re excited to work with a brand like Tinder that shares our vision for MIBR as an
indigenous Brazilian brand with global reach and appeal for players, sponsors, content creators,
and fans,” said Ari Segal, President & COO of Immortals and MIBR. “MIBR competes around
the world and will win around the world, and will be a truly multi-national fan base. Tinder
provides a portal to bring those fans together wherever the team might be and offers unique
opportunities to connect over a shared affinity for Counter-Strike, gaming, and both digital and
out of home entertainment.”

As a founding sponsor, Betway will receive substantial digital logo usage and engagement,
specially curated fan experiences, and premium digital content, among other assets. The Betway
logo will receive prominent placement on all MIBR jerseys.

“The pace of change in esports continues to accelerate and over the last several months, triggered
in part by the repeal of PASPA, we see continued acceptance and adoption of legalized gambling
in esports and around the world,” continued Segal. “Establishing Betway as a founding sponsor
of MIBR delivers professionalism and legitimacy to the esports gambling market in a way that
most other names in this category could not. We are excited by the opportunity to develop new
esports fans through this unique channel.”

“Betway is delighted to support the revival of MIBR and we couldn’t be more excited to be
working with them in bringing CS:GO fans closer to the team through exclusive content,” said
Anthony Werkman, CEO of Betway. “Esports is an extremely important part of our portfolio,
and through the sponsorship of MIBR we will continue to cement ourselves as a significant part
of the CS:GO community. We always strive to give back to esports fans by bridging the gap
between the event and betting slip by producing great content and exciting markets in which fans
can play.”
