The first IGEC - ESPORTS DEEP DIVE where you can meet true esports experts finally held its grand opening on May 1st at UCI, California.
The leading figures in the esports market from all around the world will come together at the IGEC, which is hosted by Inven Global, and share their professional knowledge and insights through panels and discussions.
IGEC - ESPORTS DEEP DIVE will start with Kim Phan from Blizzard and her keynote speech; she will be explaining about the challenge esports face today and how they will expand even more in future through her topic, ‘Taking Esports to the Next Level’.
Afterward, the panels and discussions will be held in a total of 3 different sessions; there will be invaluable speeches and discussions held all day, including 'More Than Culture: How Korea Is Fostering the Next Generation of Fakers' with famous professional esports coaches from South Korea; 'Voice Chat Off: Working and Playing as a Woman in Gaming' by prominent feminine figures in esports; 'Misconceptions about the Business of Esports' by Reynad, the owner of Tempo Storm and a professional pro gamer; 'Owning a Professional Team: How to Turn Your Dreams into Reality' from which you can hear the true stories of esports organizations from the team owners themselves and many more.
Other than the esports sessions where you can hear in-depth stories about esports, there also will be a variety of fun events you can enjoy, just like a festival; there will be: Inven Global Collegiate League of Legends Tournament Finals, professional cosplay show, an exhibition match with Madlife and Shy for visitors, and a special signing event with professional players such as Reynad and Kranich, providing entertainment to all visitors. DJ Grimecraft will be with us to hype up the networking party held in late hours.
