With the Spring Split for several League of Legends tournaments going on all around the world, many players have been displaying awesome game plays in their leagues. So, we decided to hold AMA events for which we would invite amazing players and have them give answers to what the League fans are curious about.
This time, we decided to invite Dong-geun ‘IgNar’ Lee, a hard carry support from bbq OLIVERS! IgNar had gained much attention from the fans with his aggressive supporting ever since he started as a pro gamer in 2015.
Notably, IgNar was the support that stood out the most in the 2017 World Championship, in which he played for Misfits. He gave up the Ardent Censer meta, which apparently was the hottest meta back then, and went with the most unexpected picks like Blitzcrank and Leona. How he had great influence over the games with his incredible plays left deep impressions upon the hearts of the League fans, which some still like to talk about to this day.
Afterward, IgNar left Misfits to join bbq OLIVERS and continued to perform in the LCK. Although his team may have stayed in the lower part of the team rankings for the Spring Split, he still continued to stand out as a hard carry support in each game, creating opportunities for his teammates to take kills. Even though his team was one of the lowest teams, he ended up being placed among the top players for the support stats based on 20 games.
So…. here is the AMA event we planned for IgNar’s fans to ask him anything, prior to the start of the Summer Split.
■ How to Participate the Event
The live AMA with IgNar will start from 21:00 (PDT), April 14th, via the comment section at the bottom of this post. All questions will be answered by IgNar himself.
