Aniplex hosted a global special broadcast today (Nov. 7) to celebrate Fate/Grand Order reaching 100 million cumulative downloads worldwide. Voice actress Ayako Kawasumi—who has played Artoria and various other Servants and characters in FGO—and Development Director Yoshiki Kanou appeared on the stream to present an overview of the global 100 million downloads commemorative campaign.
The global 100 million downloads campaign marks the first time in Fate/Grand Order history that a campaign is being held simultaneously across all global regions. The event begins globally at 9:00 PM KST on Nov. 7 and runs until 12:59 PM KST on Saturday, Nov. 21. In conjunction with commemorative artwork featuring Merlin for the 100 million downloads milestone, Merlin will be featured on a Pickup Summon banner during the event period. Merlin will also appear as a Support Servant in all Daily Quests throughout the campaign. Additionally, the 'Worldwide 100M DL Commemorative Pickup Summon' will feature rate-ups across 42 limited Servants and 64 limited Craft Essences.
Special login bonuses were also revealed. Today (Nov. 7), 100 million QP is distributed as a login bonus, followed by a 3-day daily rotating login bonus starting tomorrow (Nov. 8). Players will receive 30 Saint Quartz on both Nov. 8 and Nov. 9, and 1 Holy Grail on Nov. 10. Furthermore, the Start Dash Login Bonus has been boosted by 30 Saint Quartz, allowing players to receive Saint Quartz and summoning items equivalent to up to 143 summons. A Comeback Login Bonus has also been launched; logging in 14 times grants up to 30 Saint Quartz, double the usual amount of 5★ Blaze of Wisdom ALL (EXP items), and double the amount of Golden Fruit (AP restoration items).
In-game resource and mission events are also underway. The chance of achieving Great Success or Super Success when enhancing Servants and Craft Essences will be tripled during the event. In addition, all Daily Quests will be unlocked and AP consumption will be halved. A 24-hour limited quest allowing unlimited farming of 3-Star Fous—which raise a Servant's ATK and HP stats up to a set cap—will begin today (Nov. 7) at 9:00 PM. Clearing it for the first time awards 10 Saint Quartz, with subsequent completions guaranteeing 3-Star Fou drops.
By completing event conditions during the campaign, players will obtain a Worldwide 100M DL Commemoration Ticket, which can be exchanged for one of 43 5-Star Servants available from the permanent and Story Summon pools. The exchanged Servant initially joins as a temporary unit; reaching Level 60 and Bond Level 5 by 11:59 PM on December 31 will make the Servant a permanent addition. To assist with permanent acquisition, temporary Servants gain double EXP when upgraded and receive a 50% attack boost in eligible quests.
Following the event details, congratulatory messages from operational leads across each region were presented. Ho-young Lee, Division Director at Netmarble, which oversees the South Korean service, shared his thoughts: "We are thrilled to celebrate 100 million downloads together with Masters worldwide. So many Masters in Korea have also joined us, and I believe every single person coming together is what brought us to this 100 million milestone. Thank you so much." He added that in addition to hosting a 9th anniversary campaign for the Korean server in November, Netmarble is preparing for AGF 2026 in December alongside various gifts. He also noted that preparations are steadily progressing for the launch of Ordeal Call IV in December and Part 2's Finale, encouraging even more Masters to join.
