The Oct. 14 update for Sol: Enchant once again brought changes to Nine Core crafting restrictions and hunting grounds. The level required for unlimited Nine Core crafting has been raised from level 53 to level 54, while the Unstable Nine Core drop event continues with a new set of targeted hunting grounds. Additionally, Level 50 and 60 Nightmare of Caltheon zones and four Sky Island Secret Realms have been added.
Monster density, which drew significant feedback after last week's patch, has also been adjusted again. The monster dispersion measure applied on Oct. 8 has been rolled back, and separate adjustments have been made to certain hunting grounds to reduce deaths caused by excessive density. Alongside these changes, progression-related updates were introduced, including higher-tier conversion for +9 armor, Fine Nine Seals, and new collection entries.
Unlimited Nine Core Crafting Level Raised to 54, Event Zones Changed
The minimum required level for the unlimited Nine Core crafting recipe—which costs 1 Essence of Life and 100,000 Nine—has been raised from level 53 to level 54. The weekly 20-time crafting recipe available from level 52 remains unchanged. The development team explained that the crafting limit was adjusted based on current supply levels, crafting volume, and character progression speed.
Opinions regarding crafting restrictions were divided even before the update. While some players argued that the requirement should be raised higher to reduce supply, others expressed dissatisfaction with the strategy of continuously raising the crafting level.
The Unstable Nine Core event will also continue. Instead of dropping in the previous locations—Hidden Cave, Nine Mine, and Grana Sanctuary—drops have now shifted to Altar of Shadows, Beast Pass, Caltheon North Gate, and Dragon Valley. The target zones will continue to rotate on a regular basis going forward.
Some players are voicing concerns over hunting difficulty in the new zones. In particular, feedback highlights the pressure of high player competition in narrow areas like Altar of Shadows and Beast Pass, as well as swarming monsters at Caltheon North Gate, making the actual gameplay experience something to monitor closely.

Monster Density Adjusted Again; Dungeon Travel Stones Storable in Storage
Monster spawn patterns have been modified once again. According to developer notes, after adjustments were made to spread monsters out evenly, hunting ground death rates rose sharply even among top-tier players, prompting an initial rollback to the original system.
This time, incorporating feedback from Divine Right holders on each server, adjustments were made to increase monster density around characters once more. However, to prevent deaths from extreme clustering, separate mitigation measures were applied to specific hunting grounds. While detailed player feedback remains sparse, players are advised to recheck their auto-hunting radius and positions since adjustments vary by hunting ground.
Dungeon Travel Stones for Tower of the Gods Floors 1 through 3 and Sky Island Zones 1 through 6 can now be stored in account storage. This allows players to transfer travel stones to other characters on the same account. This change was also implemented in response to suggestions from Divine Right holders.

New Nightmare of Caltheon Zones Added! Sky Island Secret Realms Introduced, World Matching Teased
Nightmare of Caltheon has expanded to three tiers with the addition of Level 50 and Level 60 zones. The new zones offer increased EXP for monster kills and higher Divine Seal drop amounts. Because all Nightmare of Caltheon zones share the same daily time limit, players should check their destination before entering.
Nightmare of Caltheon is a hunting ground where players can hunt without engaging in PvP. Higher-level zones were added after determining that previous areas could not keep pace with player progression. In the Level 60 zone, players can earn approximately 150,000 EXP per monster kill. However, as EXP gains have increased, monsters have also grown stronger, so players should choose zones suited to their character's stats.
Small-scale hunting areas called Secret Realms have been added to Sky Island Zones 1 through 4. Secret Realms cannot be reached on foot; using Random Teleport will move players randomly to either the existing zone or a Secret Realm. Each teleport attempt costs 50,000 Nine, and dying or recalling inside a Secret Realm returns the player to the Sky Island lobby.
Sky Island is scheduled for another change next week. According to developer notes, starting Oct. 21, matching criteria will expand to allow players to encounter users from other worlds in addition to their own. Detailed matching mechanics and related events will be revealed at a later date.

+9 Armor Conversion Expanded to Higher-Tier Blueprints
Higher-tier conversion crafting, previously applicable only to weapons, has been expanded to armor. Players can now use +9 Fine, Rare, and Epic armor to craft armor blueprints for the next rarity tier up, making legendary armor blueprints craftable with +9 Epic armor.
Previously, fully enhanced gear was typically either equipped as-is or repurposed. With this update, +9 armor can now be utilized to craft the next gear tier. Players who already possess fully enhanced Epic armor now have an additional option when preparing to craft Legendary armor.
Conversion recipes can be found in the existing Higher Conversion crafting menu. Because required materials vary depending on the armor type and rarity, players holding +9 equipment are advised to evaluate potential higher-tier blueprint crafts against their current gear's utility before using them.

Fine Nine Seals, Chalices, and New Collection Entries Added
A new shop item purchasable with Nine, the Fine Nine Seal, has been added. Players Level 50 and above can purchase boxes for 510,000 Nine, capped at 30 purchases per day per server. The base seal provides +2 Accuracy and can be exchanged back for Nine after enhancement. A +1 seal exchanges for 1.53 million Nine, while a +5 seal exchanges for 123.93 million Nine.
New time-limited and permanent collection entries utilizing seals have also been introduced. Time-limited collections offer stat bonuses such as PvE Accuracy, Physical DEF, increased EXP Gain, and PvE Damage, while permanent collections provide Weapon Damage, Magic Amplification, Physical DEF, Damage Reduction, Critical Hit Rate, and increased Nine Gain.
New collections utilizing Sacrificial Chalice of Seaa have also been added. Players who already own or are enhancing chalices should check these new collection slots. Additionally, new packages containing chalices and summon tickets were added, with sale and expiration periods varying by item.

Earn Epic Equipment Shards with Autumn Attendance!
The attendance reward system has been updated. Players can now receive daily attendance rewards even after completing the main attendance board. Alongside the patch, an Autumn Attendance event running through Nov. 25 has begun. Completing all event attendance days rewards 2 Epic Equipment Selection Box Shards, 10 Potential Fragments, 15 Rare Equipment Blueprint Shards, 11 Trait Stones, 11 Research Stones, and 35 Equipment Enhancement Scrolls.
Several bug fixes were also applied. Issues where characters continued moving at 0 HP after death, monsters could not be attacked in certain areas on Floor 3 of the Tower of the Gods, and Mage's Mana Mastery was cleared upon death have been resolved. Separately, icons for Nine Core, Condensed Nine Core, and Unstable Nine Core have been updated.
PC players should take note of upcoming changes for next week. Following maintenance on Oct. 21, launching Sol: Enchant on PC will require installing and logging into Google Play Games. Players who have already installed and logged into Google Play Games require no additional action. A revamp of the Shop's Diamond tab and cross-world matching for Sky Island are also scheduled for the same day, with further details to be shared in the next update notice.
