Developer Dazed Games announced on the 12th that its fishing game 'How to Fish' reached 10 million players in less than two months since launch.
'How to Fish' is a 1- to 4-player physics-based fishing game released on PC via Steam on August 20. Stranded on an island, players catch and sell fish to earn gear, advancing to new islands by completing quests and boss fights.
In an official Steam announcement, Dazed Games shared, "Thank you to all 10 million players who have enjoyed our cozy little fishing game. We are truly grateful for the overwhelming support you have shown us."
The studio added, "We have been quiet lately, but don't worry—we are working hard behind the scenes. Over the next few months, we plan to focus on larger content updates, console ports, and bug fixes. Please hold on just a little longer until then."
