Webzen is accepting applications for its second-half 2026 recruitment-linked internship program from October 2 to October 19. The company plans to select a double-digit number of candidates across 13 job roles in technology, game business, and marketing, with final successful applicants joining a six-month internship starting in January 2027.

Applications can be submitted via Webzen's official recruitment website. Results of the document screening process will be communicated individually to applicants online and via text message.
Candidates who pass document screening will undergo role-specific online testing, practical interviews, and executive interviews through the end of December. Final results will be notified individually to successful applicants in December once all selection processes are completed.
There are no age or education restrictions for applicants. However, certain roles such as global business require foreign language proficiency, including English, Japanese, and Chinese. Webzen provides interns with compensation and welfare benefits equivalent to those of regular employees. Candidates who demonstrate job competence during the six-month performance evaluation will be eligible for conversion to full-time staff.
Webzen operates flexible working hours and autonomous commuting systems, along with employee welfare programs such as loan support, group injury insurance, welfare points, and travel subsidies for long-term employees.
