Netmarble has added the new SSR+ Teammate '[Noble Swordsman] White' to Tower of God: New World. Until October 14, launch celebration events and a rerun of the '[Family Head] Gustang' Advent Summon will also take place.
Developed by Netmarble N2, '[Noble Swordsman] White' in the mobile collectible animation RPG Tower of God: New World is a character who inherits his siblings' swords and fights using five blades. Floating swords around him deal continuous damage to enemies in combat while blocking enemy basic attacks. His Special Move deals lethal damage to enemies and ignores effects triggered upon death.
In the original webtoon, White depicts Hoaqin, who survived through the sacrifice of his four siblings when the five brothers and sisters fused together. The souls of the four sacrificed siblings remained as transparent swords, and Hoaqin honed his swordsmanship with his eyes blindfolded, growing into a swordsman second only to the Family Head within the Arie Family.
The launch celebration features events such as summons and 'TapTap Plus'. Participation rewards include '[Noble Swordsman] White', 'Black Market Tickets', and 'Radiant Revolution Fragments'. During the same period, the Advent Summon will also return, offering players a chance to obtain the Family Head-tier Teammate '[Family Head] Gustang'.
The newly added Story Event 'Khun vs. Arie Family Showdown!' offers a narrative and battle stages focused on the conflict between the Khun Family and the Arie Family. Missions and the Exchange Shop award items such as 'SSR+ Tower Blessing Breakthrough Stones' and 'Revolution Ore'. Four autumn-themed traditional costumes, including '[Shadow Girl] Alphine's' 'Blue Moon Spirit' costume, also return.
Netmarble is also hosting a 'Growth Exchange' event, allowing players to swap progress levels such as Limit Break, Revolution, and Potential of an SSR+ Teammate with another Teammate. Returning players who came back after September 1 at 9:00 AM will receive a total of five Growth Exchange opportunities.
Tower of God: New World is a collectible animation RPG based on Naver Webtoon's Tower of God, which has surpassed 5.3 billion global views. It features high-quality graphics that bring the original webtoon's spirit to life.
