NCsoft (NC) is holding timed events across eight of its active games in celebration of Chuseok. Players can earn Hangawi-themed rewards through attendance check-ins, missions, and dungeon raids.
Lineage M will run the event quest "Chuseok Gourd Smashing" and the trial dungeon "Moon Rabbit's Treasure Chest" until maintenance on September 30. Players can defeat "(Chuseok) Gourds" to acquire Adena and four types of coins, while in the trial dungeon, they can obtain "Dragon's Diamond" and "[Sacred Relic Card] Moon Rabbit's Mortar," among other items. During the same period, play time for certain special dungeons will be extended by 1 hour, and a "Chuseok Celebration Gift Box" will be delivered via in-game mail at 10:00 AM on September 25.
Aion presents "Hungry Vengeful Spirits' Charyesang Raid." On the "Deva" server, through September 30, players can combine "Deva Essence" dropped by monsters in dedicated event fields to craft a "Hanbok Appearance Chest." The chest contains Chuseok Hanbok outfits, Unique-grade gear, and enchantment stones. On the "Siel" and "Israphel" servers, a daily event running until October 7 challenges players to defeat "Charyesang" (ancestral ritual table) monsters in the Kaldor area; using the Jeon (savory pancake) combined from mission rewards grants Chuseok Hanbok outfits and Unique-grade Godstones.
Throne and Liberty will host "Exciting Hangawi, Delightful Rice Cake Hunt!" until October 6. Mystic Globes and Mystic Portals in the field will change into lucky pouch forms, and Mystic Key rewards will be enhanced. Players will additionally receive "Master's Songpyeon Boxes," which drop one of five rice cakes based on probability: "Respect Your Taste Mint Choco Songpyeon," "Classic & Nutty Bean Songpyeon," "Ultra-Popular Sesame Songpyeon," "Five-Color Sweet Honey Songpyeon," or "Heavenly Taste Golden Songpyeon."
In Aion 2, a "Full Moon Coin Exchange Merchant" will appear in towns until maintenance on October 7. "Hangawi Full Moon Coins (Event)" gathered from the "Atreia Hangawi Festival Attendance Pass" and event missions can be exchanged for items such as "Dokkaebi Mask (Cosmetic)," "Abyssal Refinement Final Boss Defeat Ticket (Bound)," "Erosion Purification Plant Final Boss Defeat Ticket (Bound)," and "Content Recharge Ticket Selection Box (Bound)." Completing the attendance pass by logging in for 7 days or more awards a "Dried Persimmon Hat (Cosmetic)." During the same period, the Stigma Shard drop rate in select Expedition and Transcendence dungeons will increase by 200%, and clear rewards in the form of "Moon Rabbit's Energy (Event)" fragments can be transmuted into a "Moon Rabbit's Gift Bundle."
Lineage 2M will operate four Chuseok events until October 7. Materials obtained from Season Pass "Moon Rabbit of Abundance" missions can be used to craft items depending on the world, including "Event Heroic Agathion Selection Box," "Master Agathion/Class Acquisition Ticket (11-Draw)," "Splendid Artifact Acquisition Ticket (11-Draw)," "Splendid Agathion/Class Acquisition Ticket (11-Draw)," and "Superior Soul Crystal (11-Draw)." In the event dungeon "Moon Rabbit's Small Spring," players can hunt monsters to acquire growth resources, while town buff statues and mail gifts are also provided.
Lineage W will host the event dungeon "Banquet of the Full Moon" until October 7. Defeating monsters yields "Full Moon Shard," "Radiant T-Shirt/Visor/Pauldrons Selection Box," and "Event Superior Morph/Magic Doll Card 11-Draw." Bosses in specific zones drop "Yut Nori Set" and "Brilliant Full Moon Shard," which can be exchanged in the event shop for "Legendary Morph/Magic Doll Challenge Ticket" and more. The "Yut Nori Set (Event)" contains items such as "Full Moon Songpyeon/Dango/Mooncake." During the event period, players level 70 and above will also receive mail rewards 3 times daily.
Blade & Soul NEO is running an event through October 7 centered on clearing dungeons and field bosses. Players can obtain the event currency "Songpyeon" in dungeons ranging from "Silverfrost Mountains" to "Seonhwan Island," and collect "Maple Leaves" by defeating field bosses in both regions via daily quest letters. Both currencies can be exchanged through the NPC "Eunyu" located at the Merchant Union, Myeongya Garden, and the Tower of Mushin for items like "Five-Color Songpyeon" and the "Moonviewing" Hanbok outfit.
Lineage II has prepared two types of events by server. On the "Main" and "Eva" servers, four event monsters including "Bunny" and "Grumpy Bunny" will appear until maintenance on September 30. Defeating these monsters grants EXP, and defeating the raid monster "Bunny," which appears 5 times a day, yields rewards such as the accessory cosmetic "Angel Halo." On the "Awakening" server, players can craft "Sky Lanterns" through daily missions until maintenance on October 14. Using them near the Full Moon NPC in town rewards players with "Sky Lantern's Gift," and reaching server-wide goals provides "Full Moon Gift Box" and buffs.
