Perfect World will update Persona 5: The Phantom X with the Version 5.4.1 Persona 3 Portable collaboration "Dream of the Moon Chaser" on September 24. 5-star character Kotone Shiomi, a new story, and a 2.5th Anniversary Celebration will also be added.
The event's main story, "Reach for the MOON," follows a journey through a mysterious door to find a way out of an endless, massive tower. At a moment of crisis, an unfamiliar girl appears and summons a Persona, while familiar landscapes, companions encountered along the journey, and a voice heard at the destination point toward pieces of forgotten memories.
In the event sub-story "Cherry Blossom Encounter," players head to various locations beyond the mysterious door with Kotone Shiomi to reunite with familiar friends. A story unfolds where a fleeting yet precious reunion might serve as the key to opening the mysterious door.
The 2.5th Anniversary Celebration event will also begin on September 24. Players can receive rewards by participating in events such as "All-Server Celebration," "Phantom Thieves Captain's Special Training Schedule," "Memory Retrospective," "Image Puzzle," and "Thorn Trial."
