Blade & Soul NEO (hereafter B&S NEO) announced that character creations on the opening day of its Boost Server surged by approximately 2,000% compared to the previous day. Supporting character growth to Level 75 and the acquisition of key equipment, this server will operate until September 30.
NC opened the Boost Server for its PC MMORPG Blade & Soul NEO on August 19. The server is designed to help new and returning players reduce the time spent leveling up and dive straight into core content.
Players can level up their characters to Level 75 and equip key gear. By completing Boost Missions divided into four categories, players can also earn in-game resources needed for progression. These missions include in-game content such as Soyangsang in Mushin's Tower.
According to NC, the number of characters created on the server launch day increased by roughly 2,000% compared to the day prior. The increased player count immediately after launch maintained a stable trend, with character creation continuing throughout the operation period.
The play of users who leveled up on the Boost Server carried over to the main servers. Compared to the week before the update, the daily average dungeon clears increased during the week following the update, a trend confirmed across the Boost Server, Jin Server, and Lyn Server.
The Boost Server will conclude its operation on September 30. NC explained that players can grow to Level 75 over about one week and then join the Jin Server and Lyn Server via server transfers.
