As Playwith Korea's (CEO Hak-jun Kim) new mobile game Seal M2 attracted 700,000 participants in just three weeks since starting pre-registration, the company unveiled three new videos showcasing its signature humor.
Playwith Korea (CEO Hak-jun Kim) released two new promotional videos capturing the unique charm of its upcoming mobile MMORPG Seal M2, along with an introductory video for 'Guarders,' a key collectible feature in the game, through its official website and YouTube channel. Seal M2, which officially kicked off pre-registration on the 3rd, surpassed 700,000 pre-registrations in about three weeks, proving players' high expectations with concrete numbers.
The two promotional videos released this time highlight quirky charm by contrasting the serious atmosphere typical of the MMORPG genre with the Seal IP's signature comedic elements. The first advertisement delivers a twist of humor by depicting a character absurdly intruding into a heavy, tension-filled battlefield setting. The second video unfolds with a calm, pastel-toned narration before eliciting amusement in the latter half as an unexpectedly unique mount, a 'vacuum cleaner,' makes a surprise appearance.
Additionally, a detailed introductory video was included for 'Guarders,' a key collectible feature and a system that allows characters to ride mounts directly. The video showcases a wide variety of 'Guarders' with whimsical and unique designs, ranging from mounts modeled after in-game monsters called 'Bales' to motorcycles. The company plans to sequentially introduce various game content and visual materials for Seal M2 moving forward to build momentum ahead of launch.
