Move Interactive is adding the new Digimon Apollomon Whispered and a high-difficulty dungeon to its game Digimon Masters, while launching a major holiday event offering up to 2000% EXP.
Move Interactive (CEO Kim Dong-sung) announced that it introduced the new Digimon 'Apollomon Whispered' and the 'Sanctuary of the Seven Great Demon Lords: Belphemon' dungeon to its online game Digimon Masters on September 15, followed by a variety of Chuseok events starting September 22.
The newly introduced 'Apollomon Whispered' is a Rank U, Mega-level Digimon with the 'Virus' attribute. Its background story reveals that the ruthless combative spirit and pride latent within its original form went out of control due to a bug, causing it to split into a separate entity. Released alongside it, the new dungeon is 'Belphemon: Demon Lord of Sloth,' the second region in the 'Sanctuary of the Seven Great Demon Lords.' Designed as high-difficulty content accessible only to Digimon of Level 170 or higher, the area offers a new challenge for top-tier players, who can earn the new 'Bracelet' equipment upon a successful clear.
To celebrate the update, Digimon Masters has been running a 'Verification Event,' 'Daily Quests,' and a 'Limited Achievement Event' since September 15. The 'Verification Event,' which runs until October 13, allows players to participate by unlocking the new Digimon's evolution slot and uploading a screenshot showing both their character and the Digimon's information window to the official website. All participants will receive major progression items such as 'Primal Fruit' and 'Digimon Level Diamond (Lv. 150).' In addition, the '2000% EXP Burning Event,' which significantly increases EXP gained from hunting monsters, will run until maintenance on September 29.
In celebration of the holiday season, three special promotions will begin on September 22. In the 'Chuseok Special: Buy My Songpyeon!' event running until October 13, players can defeat field monsters to collect materials, exchange them for 'Songpyeon,' and craft items such as 'Condensed Energy of Amazing Power' and 'Ultimate Digiclone Set Box.' Additionally, until October 6, players can participate in the 'Chuseok Summon Event' and an 'Attendance Event,' where materials gathered from defeating dungeon monsters can be used to obtain items like the 'Rank SSS+ Digimon Selection Box' and 'Random Frontier Equipment Box.'
