Mistplay announced on the 17th that it has appointed Colin Roussil as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Roussil is a finance expert with over 10 years of experience across the gaming and ad tech industries. Most recently, he served for over four years as Senior Vice President of Strategic Finance at mobile app marketing platform company Liftoff Mobile. During his tenure, he oversaw company-wide strategy, M&A, and capital markets, and participated in securing an investment from General Atlantic in May 2025 at a $4.3 billion valuation. Subsequently, in the summer of 2026, he led preparations for an initial public offering (IPO) based on a $5.4 billion valuation.
Prior to joining Liftoff, he spent six years at Activision Blizzard, holding positions such as Vice President of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis and Senior Director of Investor Relations. He also gained finance and consulting experience at strategic consulting firm Bain & Company and in investment banking.
