Studio NAP announced that it has unveiled the Steam page for its real-time strategy (RTS) game 'Cartoon Craft' and launched a Tumblbug crowdfunding campaign to expand platforms and reinforce content.
'Cartoon Craft' combines hand-drawn cartoon graphics with traditional RTS elements such as resource gathering, base building, unit production, and combat. It was previously named one of the Top 3 titles at the 2019 Google Play Indie Games Festival.
The Steam version supports unit selection and control grouping utilizing keyboard and mouse controls. It features new maps, enhanced AI, and real-time 1v1 PvP, alongside a 36-mission story campaign where mutated zombies enter the conflict between humans and orcs.
The crowdfunding campaign was organized to polish the game and incorporate player feedback into the development process. Backer rewards include game download keys, a digital artbook, character merchandise, and credit listings in the ending credits.
Studio NAP is a two-person development studio led by co-CEOs Park Sung-pil and Choi Shin-ae. The team handles game design, programming, art, and sound in-house, developing titles across mobile and PC platforms.
