The second character/Blood Pledge server transfer for Lineage Classic will run for two weeks starting September 16. The price of the Server Transfer Coupon, the exchange method via NPC, and basic eligibility requirements—such as character level and Adena—remain the same as in July and August. However, changes have been made to the format, purchase limits, and how unused coupons are handled.
Instead of being split into Week 1 and Week 2, the format has been updated to allow up to 3 transfers anytime during the event window. The event runs for two weeks from September 16 through September 29 at 23:59. This gives players more freedom to move with an additional transfer opportunity, moving away from the previous meta where players transferred once and waited to gauge the situation before moving in bulk a day before the deadline. Application hours remain unchanged: players can apply daily from 09:00 to 23:59, except on Sundays from 18:00 to 22:00.
The list of restricted servers has also changed. The Oren server, which was excluded last time, is now open for transfers, while the new Aden server has been added to the excluded list. Transfers to or from the Antharas server remain unavailable.
The purchase limit has changed from 'once per week per account' to '3 times per account'. While players could buy a maximum of 2 coupons over two weeks previously, accounts can now purchase up to 3 coupons total during the event window. Although this provides an extra opportunity, the limit does not reset weekly, so players should take care not to choose the wrong final destination.
Other conditions remain the same as last time. Character transfers can only be requested by characters that do not belong to a Blood Pledge. Blood Pledge transfers are restricted to Blood Pledges that do not own an Agit or a Castle, and clan members must submit their application within two hours after their Monarch completes the transfer to move to the same server.
Common eligibility criteria require characters to be Level 30 or higher, submit their application inside a Safety Zone, carry no mail items, and hold less than 1.5 billion Adena in their inventory. Items stored in individual warehouses or Blood Pledge warehouses will not be transferred. Transfers will fail if the target server has no open character slots, and character names used on the original server cannot be used for six months. Transfers may be restricted if server transfer quotas (inbound/outbound) are met, and transfer capacity expands daily at 20:00 except on Sundays.
