LINE Games announced on the 16th that it has concluded the Steam playtest for its self-developed new PC title, 'QUIET'.
The test ran from August 3 to September 14. According to LINE Games, 350,000 players across 148 countries worldwide participated, including pre-registrations and active players. During the test period, approximately 1,200 pieces of game-related video content and online livestreams were produced and broadcast.
LINE Games collected more than 800 pieces of feedback through player surveys. The company plans to analyze the responses to refine gameplay and optimize the game moving forward.
'QUIET' is a co-op comedy horror game depicting duck aliens who crash-land on Earth and attempt to escape while evading the surveillance of their landlady grandmother. Supporting single-player and co-op for up to four players, the title is currently in development targeting a global launch in the first half of 2027.
A LINE Games representative stated, "Through this playtest, we confirmed the strong interest and expectations of global players for 'QUIET'," adding, "We will do our utmost in development leading up to the official launch."
