Kakao Games announced on the 15th that it is hosting its third collaboration with the popular animated series 'Crayon Shin-chan' in its mobile puzzle game 'Friends Popcorn'.
Following the first collaboration in December 2025 and the second in May, Kakao Games is introducing events and rewards utilizing the 'Crayon Shin-chan' IP.
In the 'Action Mask Shin-chan Event' running through October 13, players who complete 10 stages can use the 'Action Mask Shin-chan' item, which rapidly clears blocks. Meeting the requirements automatically enters players into a raffle, where Kakao Games will draw one winner per entry period to receive a new smartphone and a 1 million won department store gift card, respectively.
From the 17th to the 27th, a 'Bingo Event' will take place where players complete missions on a bingo board. In the 'Lost Property Collection Event' held from the 17th to the 23rd, players can collect items lost by Shin-chan's friends to receive game currency, in-game items, and limited-edition collaboration characters.
'Himawari's Jewel Operation', a group-based ranking competition, will also run four times from the 17th to October 11. Players can earn rewards based on their rankings and obtain limited-edition 'Crayon Shin-chan' characters and rewards through in-game events held during the collaboration period.
