Kiwoom DRX has concluded all of their regular season matches for the year.
On August 22, KRX lost 0-2 in their final match against DNS in Round 4 of the '2026 LoL Champions Korea (LCK)' held at the Chzzk LoL PARK in Jonggak, finishing all of their 2026 LCK matches with a record of 7 wins and 19 losses. Regardless of today's win or loss, KRX had already failed to advance to the play-ins, but ending with a helpless defeat left much to be desired.
Below is the full transcript of the interview with KRX Head Coach Cho Jae-eup and 'Frog' Lee Min-hoi.

Q. You lost 0-2 today. You must be very disappointed.
Head Coach Cho Jae-eup: At some point, I began to feel that whether we were ahead or behind in the game, it was hard to win, and that didn't improve. I feel responsible for that and am sorry.
'Frog': We had a huge advantage in Game 1, so it's disappointing that we lost after a mishap at Baron.
Q. You've also finished all your matches for the year. Could you give an overall assessment?
Head Coach Cho Jae-eup: Early on, as we were still building synergy, things didn't go as planned when we tried to identify our issues and prepare for the next round. We tried various changes, but couldn't find good solutions, which resulted in poor drafts and gameplay. As a head coach, I learned a lot, and most importantly, the fact that the team failed to come together as one was evident even in our final match. I feel responsible and deeply apologize to the fans.
'Frog': After losing at first, we had good momentum when we went on a two-game win streak. However, we kept losing after that and ended up out of the season, which is disappointing. Still, on a personal level, I learned a tremendous amount.
Q. What was the reason for swapping the support player in Game 2?
Head Coach Cho Jae-eup: Before entering Round 3, 'Minous' had been preparing extensively to become a starter. Since today was our final match and the Challengers situation became complicated, we decided to give him the chance to play on the LCK stage regardless of winning or losing.
Q. How was it playing against first-team top laners?
'Frog': Even taking a single minion during the laning phase felt like a completely different level, and everyone's positioning was so good that I could really feel the skill gap.
Q. Do you have any final words?
Head Coach Cho Jae-eup: Our results are the most disappointing part. Still, I am grateful to the team for believing in me until the end, and I am deeply sorry to the fans. The players are going through a tough time, so I hope any harsh criticism is directed solely at me. I also want to thank the players and tell them to stay strong.
'Frog': I am so sorry to the fans for our disappointing results. Still, I really want to express my gratitude to the fans who always sent us their support.
