The Pokémon Company (CEO Tsunekazu Ishihara) announced today that "Team Rocket's Ambition," a new themed booster pack for the smartphone game Pokémon TCG Pocket—co-developed by Creatures Inc. and DeNA Co., Ltd.—will be released sequentially starting at 10:00 a.m. on August 27.

"Team Rocket's Ambition" features Pokémon such as Team Rocket's Articuno ex, Team Rocket's Zapdos ex, and Team Rocket's Moltres ex, alongside cards with special designs featuring the signature "R" mark to add to the joy of collecting.

Players will also find cards depicting Team Rocket Grunts alongside Pokémon like Team Rocket's Lapras, Team Rocket's Houndour, and Team Rocket's Tinkaton, as well as Trainer cards such as Team Rocket's Theft Machine, Team Rocket's Big Scheme, and Team Rocket's Boss.

To commemorate the release of this new themed booster pack, a new collection binder and display board featuring Team Rocket's Boss & Persian will be added starting September 1.

In addition, the Team Rocket's Ambition Emblem Event, running from late August to mid-September, will allow players to earn emblems for their profile based on their number of battle victories, alongside missions offering various rewards for winning "Versus" battles against other players.

Furthermore, completing missions in Team Rocket's Special Assignments from late August to late September will award "Team Rocket's Shady Tickets," offering players the unique fun of discovering where to use these tickets in-game during the event period.

Additionally, the Team Rocket's Lapras Drop Event will take place starting in early September, where players can earn Promo Card Pack B Series Vol. 12, followed by a Wonder Pick Event in mid-September featuring Fennekin and Meowstic promo cards.

In addition, a video introducing "Team Rocket's Ambition" has been released on the official Pokémon Korea YouTube channel, raising anticipation for the new themed booster pack.
