Netmarble (CEO Kim Byung-kyu) announced on the 19th that it has rolled out various updates for its MMORPG 'Raven 2' (developed by Netmarble Monster), including the 'Special Task Force Appreciation Festival.'

The 'Special Forces Appreciation Festival' runs until September 16, offering growth-supporting resources such as '7 Types of Raven 2 Special Coupons' and '440 Summons' for participants. The '440 Summons' are provided as rewards for defeating the special boss monster 'Dominion' (110 summons) and through the 'Dazzling Growth Support' event (330 summons, along with Rift Fragments, Coins of Devotion, etc.).

'Battle World Season 2' has also been added. 'Battle World' is a global event world where players from various regions, including Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, and Japan, can play together; it will be available for approximately two weeks until September 2.

In this 'Battle World Phase 2' update, the new top-tier hunting grounds 'Abyss 5th Floor,' accessible to players level 90 and above, will be unveiled for the first time, allowing players to obtain Legend grade equipment and new Heavenstones.

The growth system has also been revamped. The Heavenstone slots have been expanded to seven, and a Heavenstone amplification feature has been added. Additionally, rune enchanting and the fifth potential, 'Life,' have been updated.

Meanwhile, the MMORPG 'Raven 2,' launched in May 2024, is the official sequel to the action RPG 'Raven 1,' which won six awards at the '2015 Korea Game Awards'—including the Grand Prize—and surpassed 1 million daily active users (DAU) within 40 days of its release. Based on the 'Raven' universe, the game offers an expansive story where gods and demons coexist and supports cross-platform play on mobile and PC.
