The Goddess of Victory: Nikke update on Thursday, August 13, marks the start of the collaboration event with the Persona IP. The event runs until Thursday, September 10, and features the pickup of two limited-time SSR Nikkes and the distribution of one SR Nikke.

The pickup for Persona 5 character 'Makoto Niijima (Makoto)' begins on Thursday, August 13.

Makoto is a Burn-code 3-Burst Attacker-type Nikke who uses a shotgun. She boasts high base stats, high-multiplier elemental damage buffs, attack buffs, and a high-coefficient full-screen attack. Her core damage source is distributed damage, and all these elements synergize to make her a main-damage-dealer-tier unit in Burn-code shotgun decks.

Furthermore, she shares synergy with another upcoming limited-time collaboration Nikke, 'Yukiko Amagi (Yukiko).' While she is already a solid Burn-code damage dealer, her tier is expected to rise even further once Yukiko is released.

#. Yukiko Amagi: Making Makoto Stronger! + High Stats and Healing

Yukiko's pickup begins on Thursday, August 20. Like Makoto, Yukiko is a 3-Burst Attacker-type Burn-code damage dealer, but she uses an MG. Yukiko can perform both healer and damage dealer roles; she continuously restores ally HP from the start of battle and can restore even more upon using her Burst.

With high-multiplier attack buffs, AOE attacks, and a single-hit distributed damage skill, she is expected to have high base stats. Additionally, she can provide Makoto with a high-coefficient attack buff, making the already powerful Makoto even stronger.

The Makoto-Yukiko combination is expected to be a core setup for Burn-code Solo Raids for the time being. Because it offers high stability, it is also effective for handling various variables. If you are aiming for high scores in Solo Raids or want to contribute to Union Raids, we recommend picking them up. Given the nature of collaboration Nikkes, there is no guarantee of a rerun, so try to secure at least one copy if possible.

#. Aigis: A Worthwhile Pick for New Players Joining Through This Collaboration

The Persona 3 collaboration Nikke 'Aigis' is a 2-Burst Support-type Nikke. As an SR-grade unit, she is not obtained through gacha but can be acquired for free by participating in the event.

Aigis is a 2-Burst Support-type Nikke with a 20-second Burst cooldown, allowing her to be used solo. When using her Burst, she provides an attack buff to all allies, helping to increase party damage. She also has an AOE distributed damage skill, which is useful for stage progression. Of course, this is based on the perspective of new players; if you already have powerful 2-Burst Nikkes like Crown or Nayuta, there is no urgent need to invest in her.

The limited-time collaboration event 'PERSONA ON FRONTLINE' runs until Thursday, September 10. It takes place on a collaboration-exclusive full 3D field, with dialogue and UI redesigned to match the Persona concept.

The story follows Persona characters who have dimension-hopped to the Ark due to a D-WAVE, as they team up with the Ark's own Phantom Thieves—'Phantom,' 'Quency,' and 'Miranda'—to solve incidents occurring in the Ark. During the event, players can earn various rewards, including Rare Recruitment Tickets, and participate in the 'MIDNIGHT PHANTOM RUNNER' minigame and Persona-exclusive Co-op Operations.

The collaboration event has a relatively low difficulty compared to the rewards, so be sure to participate and secure these valuable items.

This update also includes the addition of the main story that many players have been waiting for. Chapters 47 and 48 of the main scenario have been added, offering recruitment tickets and module rewards upon completion. As the main story is approaching its climax, exciting developments are expected. The main story can be enjoyed by beginners through the low-difficulty Story Mode, which also allows for the acquisition of these newly added special rewards.

New skins are also being added. You can obtain a new skin for Phantom via Costume Pick, and skins for Makoto and Yukiko via the Pass.
