Mgame (CEO Kwon Yi-hyeong) announced that pre-registration for its self-developed martial arts idle RPG, 'Ghost Online Idle,' begins today, the 11st.
'Ghost Online Idle' is an idle RPG developed in-house using the IP of the original PC game 'Ghost Online.' While it inherits core elements from the original, such as classes, martial arts, regions, and monsters, it reinterprets the field-exploration-based gameplay into a stage-based idle structure. It offers a fresh experience by adding a system for growing alongside various companions, a newly crafted story, and diverse dungeon content.
The main story follows the journey of 'Taehwa-nogun,' a legendary martial artist who lost everything due to the betrayal of his most trusted disciple. After losing his memories and martial arts, the protagonist must regain his lost power through various growth content and uncover the truth behind a massive conspiracy threatening the world.
The game features six classes based on the original system. Players can enjoy distinct combat styles: the 'Sword Master' who wields precise chain swords, the 'Blade Master' who cuts through enemy lines with a massive blade, the 'Assassin' who exploits enemy gaps with swift movement, the 'Throwing Assassin' who pressures enemies with projectiles, the 'Ice Taoist' who freezes enemies to restrict their movement, and the 'Fire Taoist' who sweeps the battlefield with flame-based martial arts.
Pre-registration is open from today, August 11, until the official launch via the 'Ghost Online Idle' event page. Users can register by entering their phone number and selecting their preferred platform (AOS, iOS, or One Store). Those who pre-register through these stores will receive an additional 'Market Pre-registration Package' containing 1k Red Crystals, 500 Seal Cores, and 40 Companion Summon Cards.
Participants will receive 1k Red Crystals, 10k Gold, and 1 Entry Ticket Bundle, with an additional 400 Equipment Enhancement Stones provided upon joining the official community. Special rewards will also be granted based on the number of pre-registrations achieved. These rewards will be sent to the in-game mailbox after the official launch and can be claimed until December 31.
Lee Jae-chang, Director of 'Ghost Online Idle,' stated, "We have preserved the original's classes, martial arts, and worldview while redesigning the gameplay to be enjoyed without time pressure. We hope this game brings back fond memories for fans of the original while offering new players the fun of easy and comfortable character growth."
Detailed information about 'Ghost Online Idle,' which begins its pre-registration event today, can be found on the official community lounge.
