NC has published its sixth sustainability report, 'ESG PLAYBOOK 2025.'

This report reflects the 'Next & Creative' meaning behind the NC name and the company's growth trajectory, highlighting sustainability initiatives aligned with its core management strategy. The report enhances consistency by adhering to the latest global ESG disclosure standards and ensures data reliability through third-party verification.

NC has pursued sustainability initiatives linked to its management goals, including #1 strengthening game quality and technology, and #2 expanding its global growth foundation. The 'Where Joy Begins' chapter introduces key activities aimed at enhancing competitiveness across game development and service operations. NC stated that it has improved game quality through increased user communication, global testing, and quality assurance processes, while also elevating user experience and service quality by improving game accessibility and establishing a global-standard personal information protection system.

The 'ESG Performance' chapter discloses the company's environmental, social, and governance achievements in line with the latest global ESG standards. It details key activities across all areas of ESG management, including climate change response, human resource management, responsible technology, corporate governance, and business ethics.

Based on these efforts, NC achieved the highest 'AAA' rating in the 'MSCI 2026 ESG Ratings.' It is the only Korean game company to be included in the '2026 DJSI Asia Pacific Index' for three consecutive years and has maintained an overall 'A' grade for five consecutive years in the 'Korea ESG Standards Institute (KCGS) 2025 ESG Ratings.'
