Black Desert released an update on Wednesday, June 17. This patch includes PvE balance adjustments, minor improvements to hunting grounds, and updates to the Black Shrine and Pit of Undying.
1. Class Improvements
- Corsair: Damage increased for 19 skills; damage increased for 10 Awakening skills
- Sage: Damage increased for 10 skills (including Flow: Form Shift, Flow: Finishing Touch, and Flow: Illusion Explosion)
- Structural improvements for certain classes are planned for the end of the Solare's Arena regular season
2. Hunting Ground Improvements
- Zephyros Castle: Collision detection added when summoning Beelzebub
- Beelzebub will now perform a guaranteed howl attack before jumping
- Tenebraum: Monster movement speed increased by 1.16x to 1.4x
- Nymphamare Castle: HP of Coral Naga Hatchlings and Sentinels reduced by 10%
- Dream Fish spawn location fixed to a single spot
3. Content Improvements
- Black Shrine (Donghae Province, Solo): Essence of Dawn and Gold Bars added to rewards for Calamity I–VII boss subjugation
- Black Shrine (Hwanghae Province, Party): Essence of Dawn Chest added to rewards
- Pit of Undying: Karoxia can now be affected by Knockdown, Bound, Stiffness, and Stun status effects
- Pit of Undying: Max HP of Asendra's summon, Kun, increased by 50%
- Pit of Undying: Kun's HP recovery threshold changed from 50% or less to → 20% or less
- Pit of Undying: Kun now gains Invincibility while moving to perform mechanics
4. Other Improvements
- Locations of sea monsters and monsters around Iliya Island have been adjusted
- Moles will now display a speech bubble immediately after moving
- Mole detection range reduced by 28.5%, escape distance reduced by 30%, and spawn time reduced by 2 seconds
- Moles can now be hit as soon as part of their body emerges from the ground
- Amount of Pink Leaves obtained from moles increased by 135.7% to 733.3%, depending on the mole type
- Three new requests added that provide Sea Monster's Ooze, required for upgrading Epheria Trade Ships/Frigates
- Deleted knowledge related to Guild Crafting can now be re-acquired through Duncan, the Guild Supply Manager in Velia
