Global indie game publisher Devolver Digital has announced the Early Access launch of 'Star Seeker: Astroneer Expedition,' developed by System Era Softworks, on PC, Xbox Series X|S, PS5, and Nintendo Switch 2.

Set in the universe of the space survival sandbox game 'Astroneer,' this cooperative space exploration title tasks players with teaming up, equipping advanced gear, and venturing out to explore uncharted planets.

While 'Star Seeker' is a co-op PvE experience designed around teamwork and camaraderie, it also supports solo play. Players can use the massive space station ESS Star Seeker as a base to plan expeditions with their crew, upgrade their equipment and abilities, and interact with other space explorers. Every action contributes to a shared goal, allowing players to venture deeper into the cosmos as they progress.

During the Early Access period, System Era Softworks plans to continuously expand the game by adding new regions, challenges, threats, creatures, points of interest, craftable items, community events, and gameplay mechanics. The developer has also shared a roadmap and announced that they will continue development in close communication with players via Discord.
