'Hotori' is an S-class character who first appeared as the manager of the 'Avon' antique shop in Chapter 1 of the main story. As a light-attribute supernatural ability user, she is characterized by her special ability 'Ultimate: Surge in Worlds', which stops time in the surrounding area. On the 6th, a character animation PV titled "A Panoramic View of Time with a Single Pocket Watch," featuring Hotori's backstory, was released, providing detailed information about the character's background. Hotori, the manager of Avon, possesses a unique personality, often stopping by the flea market in the Bridge District to bring rare items back to Avon whenever she has spare time, and appraising numerous treasures using the "time" as a measure. With this "A Cup of Moonlight" limited board update, the S-rank character "Hotori" has been newly added, along with the Glider Livery "Yuran," the Blizzard-V4 Motorcycle Livery "Lingering Autumn," and the Hotori Costume "High-Quality Orchid." At the same time, the limited Ark Research recruitment plan "Bright Moon Special" has opened, increasing the acquisition probability of the S-rank Ark "March Out of Time."
