NHN Dooray! held a press conference on the 28th at 'Play Museum,' the NHN Pangyo office in Gyeonggi-do, to unveil new AI agent services integrated into its collaboration platform, Dooray!. During the event, NHN Dooray! CEO Baek Chang-yeol took the stage to introduce the platform, detail the four new AI agents, and provide an update on business performance and new client acquisitions across the public, enterprise, and financial sectors.
■ NHN Dooray! Service

Dooray! began as an internal collaboration project service at NHN. It is a comprehensive platform consisting of mail services (mail, calendar, drive, messenger), project services (tasks, drive, wiki), and electronic approval services. After launching for private sector use in 2014, it entered the public market in 2019 and began serving the financial sector in 2024 following its designation as an innovative financial service. It is currently available on private internet networks, financial business networks, and public business/internet networks. The administrative business network version is currently undergoing security reviews and is scheduled to launch within the second quarter.
CEO Baek Chang-yeol explained that an increasing number of clients are switching to Dooray! because it allows them to handle everything, including electronic approvals, on a single platform. He added that the project service was designed not just as a simple platform for individuals, but to solve common corporate challenges such as managing cross-group projects and facilitating smooth task handovers when employees leave the company.
Regarding this, CEO Baek emphasized Dooray!"s identity as an integrated platform, stating, "Many platforms are currently trying to integrate various functions. However, we have been developing Dooray! with an integrated platform in mind from the very beginning.
■ Dooray! AI: Four New AI Agents Unveiled

The subscription-based 'Dooray! AI' service integrates AI with existing collaboration features like mail, messenger, and wiki. By adopting a multi-LLM strategy—including ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude—it allows clients to select models based on their specific security environments and industry requirements. Since its launch in 2024, more than 20 public institutions have adopted Dooray! AI.
CEO Baek stated, "As AI adoption has become essential for survival, the demand for AI transformation (AX) has exploded, leading to a rapid increase in the number of companies and institutions adopting Dooray! AI. The fact that even financial institutions, which operate under strict regulatory environments, are choosing Dooray! AI is proof that its security and innovation have been recognized."
At the press conference, the company showcased the four new AI agents and demonstrated them in action. Beyond simple conversational assistants, these agents operate by directly utilizing work data accumulated within Dooray! and participate in messenger chat rooms with the same account status as a regular user to perform tasks.
First, 'My Agent' is a personalized AI assistant that analyzes an individual's mail, calendar, wiki, and task data. It supports features such as summarizing schedules and to-do lists, suggesting task priorities based on importance and urgency, creating tasks, and summarizing key emails. For example, it can identify must-read emails among many received or consolidate tasks scattered across projects, mail, and wikis to prioritize them. Drive integration is scheduled to be added this summer.

Next, 'Project Agent' is a project-specific AI that operates based on data from a specific project's tasks, wiki, and calendar. It supports project status inquiries, task creation/modification, comment additions, and wiki searches. It can also send messages directly to internal stakeholders other than the project manager if needed. It responds to natural language commands like "How is the project status today?" or "List the delayed tasks" to identify urgent deadlines or issues.
Third, 'Extension Agent' connects to internal systems (such as ERP or MES) or databases not linked to Dooray! using a Python-based SDK. For instance, if linked to an HR system, users can apply for leave or overtime and search for employees with simple commands, bypassing the complex process of accessing an intranet and navigating through multiple pages.
Finally, 'Built-In Agent' is a specialized agent pre-trained on professional data in fields such as legal, accounting, regulation, and security, allowing for immediate use without additional development. A DART-specialized agent, for example, can generate corporate analysis reports in PDF or HWPX format via simple commands. It also supports multi-agent collaboration in group chat rooms, where agents divide roles to complete tasks. For example, if a planning command is entered, agents acting as a planner, moderator, and developer can exchange dialogue to flesh out the details.
My Agent, Project Agent, and Extension Agent have been officially released for the enterprise sector and will be rolled out to the public and financial sectors in phases. The Built-In Agent is being prepared for a June launch.
■ 40% Growth in Subscription Revenue Over three Years... Financial Sector Revenue Expected to Increase 7-Fold

NHN Dooray! reported that its SaaS subscription revenue has been growing at an annual rate of 40% over the past three years, a trend it expects to continue this year.
In the public sector, the company has secured approximately 150 institutional clients. The number of institutions adopting the electronic approval feature is also growing rapidly. While switching services can be burdensome due to the need for data migration, the company explained that more institutions are moving to Dooray! because they want an integrated platform. In the military sector, a contract covering the Army, Navy, and Air Force has been completed, with 40,000 personnel currently using Dooray! under the name 'Defense Eum.' This is planned to expand to 300,000 personnel across the entire military by the second half of this year.
In the enterprise sector, following its supply to Hyundai Motor Group, the company has secured Megastudy Education and DY Group as new clients. Hyundai Motor Group reported a 50% increase in active users about a year after the official launch. Osstem Implant, a company with approximately 7,000 employees, is scheduled to adopt the service starting in May.
In the financial sector, 25 institutions, including Woori Financial Group, DB Insurance, and IBK, have adopted Dooray! since its designation as an innovative financial service at the end of 2024. The company expects many more financial institutions to adopt the service this year and projects that revenue from the financial sector will grow approximately 7-fold in 2026 compared to the previous year, following recent deregulation of network separation in the financial industry.
Yoon Jong-pil, a manager at Woori Financial Group's ICT Planning Department, participated as a speaker to share their adoption case. Woori Financial Group cited lower costs and the freedom of service customization as reasons for choosing Dooray!. The number of AI feature usages increased from 972 in March 2025, the first month of adoption, to approximately 43,029 in March 2026, with an internal survey showing an 88% satisfaction rate among employees. Woori Financial Group noted that it continuously provides feedback on necessary financial functions to NHN Dooray! and was awarded the Minister of Science and ICT Award at the '2025 Cloud Industry Awards' for its contribution to cloud expansion.
Concluding the conference, CEO Baek said, "The AI market is growing, and we have put a lot of effort into it over the past few months. We aim to enable high-quality results quickly by utilizing member-level agents, rather than AI that simply searches and organizes information." He added, "We have many features in preparation for June, and I hope we can deliver them to our clients quickly."
