Netmarble (CEO Kim Byung-kyu) announced on the 22nd that it has launched a collaboration update with 'The King of Braves GaoGaiGar' for its MMORPG 'RF ONLINE NEXT' (PC/mobile).

'The King of Braves GaoGaiGar' is a globally popular IP from the Japanese animation studio SUNRISE, which has been beloved by robot enthusiasts both domestically and internationally for many years.

This collaboration is based on the story following the final battle in The King of Braves GaoGaiGar FINAL. Director Yoshitomo Yonetani participated in the project as a creative supervisor.

The game is available for download via the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and the Netmarble Launcher, and is open to all players.

To celebrate the collaboration, all users who log in will receive a special reward package via their in-game mailbox, limited to once per account. The rewards include the 'Collaboration Special Title: GGG Agent,' 'Arka's Privilege: 3-Day Pass,' five 'Advanced Bio-Suit 11x Summon Tickets,' five 'Advanced Rover 11x Summon Tickets,' and various growth items.

In addition, the collaboration website has unveiled the story behind the collaboration, the visuals of the 'GaoGaiGar' unit—which appears as a Mechanic Armor Unit (MAU) in 'RF Online Next'—and the featured characters. A special promotional video commemorating the collaboration is also available.

A collaboration event will also be held. Players can obtain the 'MAU GaoGaiGar' by clearing the main collaboration quest, and additional growth materials for the unit can be earned through the collaboration event dungeon, 'Rusted Ruins.' Furthermore, the 'GaoGaiGar Collaboration Commemorative Attendance Event' offers the 'Mini Gai Rover Skin,' a special collaboration rover appearance. In addition, a new 'Boost Server: Vega' has been opened. Users on the 'Vega' server can progress approximately twice as fast as those on standard servers and receive additional rewards based on their growth level and combat power rankings. A key feature of this server is the ability to transfer characters to a standard server at a later date.

Meanwhile, 'RF Online Next' (PC/mobile) is a new MMORPG based on the 'RF Online' IP, which has been in service for over 20 years since its initial launch in 2004. Information about RF Online Next and the collaboration can be found on the official community
