It’s the time of the year where fans start to get hyped for their favorite teams heading to the 2020 League of Legends World Championship. Despite many concerns about Worlds being canceled due to concerns about the COVID-19 pandemic, Riot Games has found a way to make it work safely.

There will be 24 teams from 12 regions participating in the 2020 LoL World Championship. Unlike previous editions, the top two regions based on recent Worlds results will have four seeds, and this year, those are the LPL and LEC. The LCK and LCS will have three seeds as before.
